Our ready to use Fireboxes are a must for any DIY, Home built or professionally built smoker pit. Constructed in super heavy 10 gauge shell and 3/16" plate steel coal grate. Professionally welded and made to last! The finish & quality is outstanding! Great for any cook chamber that can support the heavy weight of this Fire Box.
Horizontal cylinder cook chambers that are 40" wide x 19" diameter can be supported by this fire box, with a 4" chimney stack at 15" tall. Can be bolted on or welded on. May require minor fab to mate up with some smokers. Paint sold separately. Removable plate warming rack provision at top of box. Comes completely assembled, and includes the door latch which is pre threaded for perfect alignment and simple installation. Ready to use! (see attached PDF bolt pattern for firebox connection) Includes LL40334 latch.

OTHER USES:
Turn a 55 gallon Drum or other tank / drum into to a horizontal offset cooker! This pre-built DIY Firebox is the way to go! No need to roll the steel or spend a lot of time and money learning how to make your own fire box. Our fire boxes are 11 gauge and weigh 60-70 lbs. Complete as pictured; painted, handle, warmer, coal grate and cook grate. Bolt on or weld on avail. This is an intermediate skill part. Not for the novice. Please note drums might need to be notched to have this charcoal fire box mate up properly. MADE in USA.
