LavaLock Custom Shape and Size Grill Grates Made to order! Heavy duty 3/16" plate steel. We will cut them to any shape or size!
***Call for anything with a dimension larger than 36” or sq in more than 650** Sizes larger than 650 sq inch will require bracing. In addtion, shipping can be much higher as it might have to go on a pallet. In this case its best to try and make teh grate in 2 or 3 pcs to avoid bracing and pallet charges!!!

A: When calculating square inches, all grates go by inches. Example: 15" x 15" square or rectangle grate will be priced at 225 sq inch (which is length x width). A 15" round grate would also be priced at 225 sq in. (which is diameter x diameter)

How to season your new grill grate:
♨️Wash with soap and water, dry well
♨️Coat fully with cooking oil
♨️Heat grate in cooker at 350F for 2-3 hours
♨️Careful to avoid burns, add a light coat of cooking oil 1/2 way through cook
♨️Oil regularly, if needed. Often cooking on the grill will keep it seasoned.
♨️Should grill ever rust, remove rust with sandpaper and re-season.
♨️If properly maintained, this grill grate will last for generations.
